The minister reaffirmed the government’s position that there is no genocide against white people in South Africa.

She also challenged claims of violence against white farmers, questioning the validity of the genocide narrative and what explanations will be given to the US administration regarding the lack of mass African farmer emigration from South Africa.
“There is no violence against farmers and actually must also go into that list and check how many of those people are actually farmers because the argument is that there is genocide against white farmers in South Africa.
“Somebody has to be committed. He has a problem of explaining the genocide and we wonder what they will say to the American administration when they do not meet the thousands and thousands of African farmers to leave South Africa and what they will be saying,” said the minister.
