Pretoria – ANC national spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri has been granted special leave of absence to focus on her health, the party announced on Sunday.
The ANC did not disclose details about her condition but said NEC members Nonceba Mhlauli and Zuko Godlimpi will jointly serve as acting national spokespersons to ensure continuity in the party’s communications.
“This deployment will ensure continuity in the communication work of the movement and the effective articulation of ANC policies, programmes and positions.
