Mahikeng – The South African Police Service (SAPS) has launched a high-level manhunt after Mahikeng crime activist and traditional healer, Thato Molosankwe, was shot and killed at his home in Lomanyaneng Village.
Dimpane strongly condemned the murder, saying police would not rest until the perpetrators are arrested and brought to justice.
“[We will ensure] no stone will be left unturned until those responsible are found and brought to book,” SAPS said in a statement.
Police described Molosankwe as a community-minded individual who worked closely with law enforcement in efforts to combat crime and corruption and strengthen relations between SAPS and local communities.
The Provincial Murder and Robbery Unit has taken over the investigation.
Authorities have urged anyone with information to contact Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or submit anonymous tip-offs via the MySAPSApp.
