Cape Town – South African media personality Mohale Motaung was named the Male Personality of the Year at the Africa Choice Awards in Nigeria over the weekend.
Motaung took to his Instagram to reveal the good news.
“Y’all need to wake up because I was awarded with a male personality of the year INTERNATIONAL award in Nigeria last night !!!!!A special thank you to everyone that voted. 🥺🙏🏽 A super thank you to the @africachoiceawards team and my amazing management team @allinn_management for always pushing me!SOUTH AFRICA, we brought this one home,” wrote Motaung in an Instagram post.

The Africa Choice Awards honour the continent’s best talent, according to TimesLIVE.
Mohale was nominated alongside Mzansi’s own actor Oros Mampofu and personalities from Nigeria and Ghana, and he came out on top, the report said.
