Cape Town – Switzerland’s tennis megastar Roger Federer has posted pictures of himself together with his parents, and Springbok captain Siya Kolisi in Zurich.
Kolisi’s end-of-year tour has come to an end in the United Kingdom but his tour of Europe seems to be in full swing.
Federer acted as a tour guide for the Springbok captain, showing him the sights and sounds of the city.
“Anyone need a tourist guide? I found a Springbokroaming the streets of Zurich @SiyaKolisi. What a pleasure to see you Siya,” wrote Federer in a Twitter post.

According to Sport24, this is not the first time the pair has connected.
In February 2020, when the Swiss played Spanish rival Rafael Nadal in the Match In Africa at Cape Town Stadium, Kolisi was on hand to present Federer with a Springbok jersey on the court, the report said.

Federer, despite being born in Switzerland, has a South African connection through his mother, who is from Kempton Park in Gauteng.
The Swiss tennis superstar also wished Kolisi’s daughter, Kiki, a happy birthday via an Instagram video.
“Birthday wish from Switzerland @lindt @rogerfederer for Kiki
Thanks @rogerfederer,” Kolisi captioned an Instagram post.
