Cape Town – Multi-award-winning content creator Thulasizwe “Lasizwe” Dambuza has hit back at claims surrounding the ownership of his Bryanston home after reports that the property has been listed for sale for R3.8 million.
MND News reported on X that the property had been listed for sale on Property24. The publication also cited an unnamed source who claimed that Lasizwe had significantly scaled down his YouTube production team this year, with some team members reportedly retrenched during a restructuring.

“Was hoping this wouldn’t make it online… but here we are.”
The report sparked further speculation on social media, with one user claiming that the property belonged to Lasizwe’s late father and alleging that his siblings had taken him to court over the deceased estate.
Lasizwe pushed back against the claims, accusing the social media user of presenting assumptions about his personal life as facts. He questioned how the person could speak with such certainty about matters they allegedly knew little about.
“What I find fascinating about you is the confidence with which you continuously speak about my life while knowing so little about what actually happens in it,” Lasizwe wrote.
He went on to accuse the user of piecing together fragments of information and filling in the gaps with their own assumptions. Lasizwe said the claims involving his late father and siblings had crossed a line.
Dominic, what I find fascinating about you is the confidence with which you continuously speak about my life while knowing so little about what actually happens in it. You take fragments of information, fill in the blanks yourself, and then present your assumptions as facts.… https://t.co/4VIfuVB2EJ

“Usually I let you enjoy yourself, but bringing my late father and my siblings into your storytelling is where you’ve become a little too comfortable.”
Lasizwe then challenged the user to substantiate the claim that his siblings had taken him to court over the property, asking for specific details of the alleged legal proceedings.
“Since you’re so certain that my siblings took me to court over this house, please educate all of us. Give us the case number, the court, the dates. Anything,” he wrote.
He ended his response with a pointed remark, suggesting that the person should be able to provide evidence if they were as certain about the claims as they appeared to be.
“You’ve clearly done the research, sweetheart. Don’t stop now. I’ll wait.”
The exchange added another layer to the attention surrounding the reported sale of the Bryanston property, although Lasizwe’s response specifically challenged the claims about his siblings and his late father’s estate.
