Watch as President Cyril Ramaphosa appears before the National Assembly on Thursday for a heated oral question-and-answer session expected to focus heavily on crime, policing and the fallout from the Phala Phala scandal.
Although the Phala Phala matter was not formally listed among the questions, opposition MPs were expected to raise the issue following last week’s Constitutional Court of South Africa ruling ordering Parliament to establish an impeachment committee to investigate Ramaphosa over the 2020 theft of foreign currency from his Phala Phala farm.
