KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi has begun testifying before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee.
He is both the first and will be the last witness to appear.
The committee has decided to recall Mkhwanazi to address additional questions that have emerged during its hearings.
