Pretoria – Corruption-accused Crime Intelligence boss Dumisani Khumalo, along with senior officers Precious Madondo and Josias Lekalakala, has been cleared to return to work after the Pretoria High Court relaxed their bail conditions.
The trio, facing corruption and fraud charges for allegedly appointing an unqualified person to a senior position, had previously been barred from entering any Crime Intelligence offices — a restriction they have now successfully appealed.
