Johannesburg – A viral TikTok video showed a Boxer employee Siphelele Msibi working on her graduation day in graduation attire, helping customers at the till and mopping the floor.
Captioned, “Let’s go get that bread because we need it. I’m a retail hun and just a baby at work. That’s what we do every day, we mop the floor before knocking off,” the clip highlighted her dedication and sparked widespread attention, receiving over 1.6 million views.

According to Times Live, Msibi later clarified she chose to go to work and was not forced, aiming to challenge misconceptions about retail workers being uneducated.
