Cape Town – Businesswoman Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize’s assets are being auctioned by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) due to her owing roughly R40 million in taxes.
According to The Citizen, the first round of auctions included a 2022 Mercedes-Benz S680 Maybach Edition 100, valued at around R5.6 million.
The items were listed on Bidders’ Choice, where online bidding began on Friday, 10 October, and will close on Wednesday, 15 October. Interested parties can view the items in person between Monday and Tuesday at Bapsfontein, Pretoria, and Mooikloof, Pretoria.

reported that roughly 41 vehicles linked to MaMkhize are set to be auctioned, including a Lamborghini currently listed for nearly R5.8 million on Auto Trader.
The website also features 23 construction vehicles, such as a Kubota three-cylinder tractor, a 2009 Komatsu WA250 front-end loader, a 2008 Mitsubishi Fuso FV 26-310 concrete mixer, and a 2008 Hamm GRW 18 pneumatic roller.
However, some of the machinery appears to lack proper documentation.
Vehicles without papers include a 3-point roller T602 and a 2008 Cat RM 300 recycler, raising questions about how ownership could be linked to MaMkhize in the absence of official records.
An inquiry has been sent to Bidders’ Choice for clarification on these undocumented vehicles.
