Cape Town – Legendary South African DJ and producer Nkosinathi Maphumulo, popularly known as Black Coffee, has urged the public to refrain from sharing pictures of his children on social media, following his recent high-profile divorce from his ex-wife, Enhle Mbali.
Black Coffee made a heartfelt appeal to the public after the finalisation of his divorce with Mbali, which drew a lot of media attention.
“I understand that you people believe everything you read, and that’s fine. As a father, I have one request. Please stop posting my children on your socials,” he said.

Black Coffee has reportedly lost the legal battle and has been ordered to forfeit 50% of his R60 million net worth and the matrimonial home to Enhle. He is also required to pay R70 000 in spousal maintenance and R25 000 per child in monthly support.
In celebration of her court victory, Enhle shared with enthusiasm that she is now officially Miss Mlotshwa.

“Today with great emotion I write this. I am officially Miss Mlotshwa . I’m so grateful for this ugly journey that gave me so many lessons.Today God has laid a table for me…I am so thankful to the people you see in this image,” she said.
She added that the lawyers and attorneys showed her the strength she possessed for her children, as well as the importance of upholding women’s rights in South Africa.
Mbali also expressed gratitude to her law firm and all the attorneys who represented her throughout the trial, as well as to her family and friends for their support.
“The greatest advocate in the country stands above me ,who taught me even when fighting ,humility is of utmost importance and respect is the order of the day. @jerrynkelilaw is one amazing law firm.
“I would like to thank my mother who took on this journey on her shoulders as if it were her own, she felt every emotion I felt more intensely as I refused to sink myself back into depression. She held space❤️. Thank you mom @sisbongimlotshwa .
“My sister @mskutty_molete Who even after her operation was in court with me holding my hand when I was holding back tears, my elevator Sister, always ready to fight for me and ask questions later.
“I love you and I thank Dad that he brought you onto this earth. Your soul is beautiful and thank you for sharing,” she said.
She concluded by thanked all of her friends and supporters who vouched for her during her public divorce.

Enhle revealed that the reason behind the divorce was her discovery that Black Coffee had not only been unfaithful, but had also fathered two children outside their marriage with two different women.
“My non-negotiable was children in marriage. Once there were two children by two different women, I said – you don’t love me.
“In fact, you are gonna kill me, but I have two kids, so I’m gonna run,” said Enhle.
