Cape Town – Rachel Kolisi is stepping into a bold new era following her divorce from Springbok captain Siya Kolisi, and South Africans are taking notice.
Social media has been abuzz with admiration for the mother of two, who recently shared a glowing portrait of herself in a fitted one-piece outfit, complete with fresh makeup and a sleek hairstyle.
“I’m unbelievably excited and expectant for August! I have a bunch of speaking engagements coming up and can’t wait to see some of you there. What a ride!,” she wrote.

Rachel has been embracing a path of emotional recovery. In January 2025, she travelled alone to Botswana, a significant personal milestone.
“This was my first holiday/New Year without my kiddies,” she shared on Instagram at the time.
“I arrived super-nervous and sad, and left with a very full heart and so many amazing new friends.” The trip, which she said helped her rediscover joy, marked the beginning of her healing process.
