In a follow-up Instagram post, Miné called their firstborn “a gem,” writing: “Love you baby Rem ❤️. You are a Gem.”
The couple first announced they were expecting their second child earlier in 2025 via a playful Instagram video. They revealed that it would be another girl by having their daughter Remi-Ré pick from two swimwear items (from Faf’s Faffies swimwear line) — one pink and one blue — and she chose the pink.
“Surprise! We’re growing the De Klerk team. Big sister duty: Pick the Faffie of our new teammate … another girl on the way,” they captioned the post.
