Cape Town – South African television personality and professional chef, Lebogang Tlokana, popularly known as The Funny Chef, has announced that she is expecting her first child.
The chef shared the news on social media alongside maternity photos, expressing her excitement and love for her unborn baby.
In her post, she wrote, “I didn’t think I’d meet you this soon… yet here we are, my little one. You are the beginning of everything—unconditional love, happiness, and joy.”

You’re going to be an amazing mom!” The announcement quickly gathered thousands of likes and supportive messages, reflecting the strong connection Tlokana has with her followers.
Former Big Brother Mzansi star Brandon Mthombeni, known as Gash1, and his wife Thato Immaculate have also welcomed their first child. The couple, who met and began dating during the reality show in 2022, shared the joyous news on social media. Gash1 expressed his excitement,
“Our gift from God has finally arrived. Glory to Jesus. I love you, my Dime [Thato]. This new chapter of our love story has been IMMACULATE.”
