Cape Town – Television personality and podcaster Nozipho Ntshangase has spoken publicly about her decision to undergo a cosmetic surgery procedure, calling it part of her journey toward reclaiming confidence and healing after years of physical and emotional strain.
The Mommy Club star, a mother of five, shared an intimate video on her Instagram account as she prepared for what she described as a long-planned “mommy makeover.” Visibly emotional while packing for the hospital, Ntshangase admitted the decision was not easy—but deeply personal.
“I struggled with loving myself after having my last three children,” she said. “My confidence went down the drain. I just thought, why not do the outer and inner work at the same time?”

n her video, she explained that she had gained weight, stopped exercising regularly, and began feeling a disconnect from her body. Rather than remain silent, she chose to be open about the decision, saying it was time to do something that would make her feel whole again.
“I decided to take the plunge, be brave and do what I’ve always wanted to do—work on myself. I’m nervous and excited, but I’m in good hands.”
Nozi shared her post-surgery update on Instagram Stories. In it, she wrote, “Everything went well. Thank you God for covering me today. Road to recovery now. Thank you for the well wishes and all your prayers.” reported Bona.
