Commenters expressed concern about the affordability of urban housing, with some describing the apartment as cramped for the price. Several users argued that the rental would only be justifiable for high-income earners with minimal financial obligations.

That price is ridiculous 😭 the only way it would be justified for anyone to live there is if they make at lesser 5x that amount and have no other expenses like children, cars or debt. Even at that it’s not sustainable for a long time. It really is for a short stay.
