Cape Town – Actress and media personality Stephanie Ndlovu has spoken out against the bullying she and her friend, Petronella Tshuma, have endured following social media backlash.
Stephanie took to Instagram to post a video addressing questions about her divorce with her estranged husband, Hungani Ndlovu, which has sparked a wave of online bullying— including accusations that her friend Petronella Tshuma instigated the divorce.

“In the past few days or weeks, I have endured a level of bullying that I have never experienced in my life.
“I’ve been dragged.
“I’ve been told the kind of mother that I am, what kind of wife I am, the kind of Christian I am,” she said.
The actress revealed that, at first, she chose to ignore the bullying by staying off social media and setting clear boundaries around her online space.
However, she drew the line when people began involving her friend—someone she believes should not be caught up in the situation.
“It’s one thing for you guys to drag me, but it’s another thing to pull someone in who has absolutely nothing to do with Hungani and my decision.”
“It is so unfair and so hurtful that she is now having to deal with something she has nothing to do with.
“You are attacking her as a person, you’re attacking her as a mother, you are finding every single loophole to reach her.
“I also don’t think it’s fair that she should stay off social media, just because of a bunch of lies that are being spread.”
She described the public’s actions as ‘unfair’ and ‘hurtful,’ pleading with those bullying her and her friend online to ‘please stop.’
