Cape Town – Radio and TV broadcaster Masechaba Mposwa has stepped down as Weekend Report anchor on Newzroom Afrika with immediate effect, announcing her departure on Instagram.
She thanked viewers for their support since joining the show in March 2024.
“Dear all, I have decided to step away from my role as anchor of the Weekend Report on Newzroom Afrika with immediate effect,” Masechaba wrote.

Masechaba, a seasoned media personality with experience across e.tv, eNCA, SABC and other platforms, has not yet revealed her next move.
