Cape Town – Aamirah Ngwenya and her husband, former television presenter and actor Sipho ‘Psyfo’ Ngwenya, are preparing to welcome their second child together.
The couple, who already share a three-year-old son, recently delighted fans after Aamirah shared a humorous pregnancy reveal video on Instagram.

In the clip, Aamirah hilariously imitates her mother’s reaction after being asked to keep the pregnancy a secret. The video’s POV caption reads: “My mom after I told her not to tell anyone that I’m pregnant.”
The light-hearted skit showed Aamirah portraying her mother as a newsreader, joking that she would end up “broadcasting” the pregnancy news to everyone despite being sworn to secrecy.
The playful reveal quickly drew attention online, with many social media users enjoying the couple’s relatable family humour.
Beyond preparing for baby number two, Aamirah is also set to take part in the Secrets of Super Powered Woman & Mom event in Sandton in May 2026, where speakers will discuss womanhood, motherhood, healing and personal growth.

Sharing her excitement about being involved in the event, Aamirah reflected on the realities of balancing different roles as a woman and mother.
“Motherhood, purpose, business, healing, growth, balance… we’re talking about the real journey behind being a woman who pours into everyone while still choosing herself too,” she said.
