In 2026, Faith & Fear received a Gold SABRE Award and a silver Loerie for its Profmed finDR campaign, a platform connecting unemployed junior doctors with understaffed healthcare facilities.
Beyond her consultancy work, Hunter Sharman also founded The Brave Collective, an initiative focused on helping women build financial independence and leadership skills.
The platform hosts large-scale events, produces digital content, and offers tools aimed at supporting women’s personal and professional growth.
She is also the author of Fearocious, a framework that encourages individuals to view fear as a catalyst for growth rather than a barrier.
Founded in 2013, the Woman of Stature Awards has grown into one of the country’s leading platforms celebrating women’s achievements across business, community and leadership spheres.
Now marking a decade of impact, the awards are recognised for their rigorous nomination process, independent judging panel and audited procedures, aimed at ensuring transparency and credibility.
The programme has, over the years, highlighted women driving meaningful change and continues to position itself as a benchmark for excellence and a platform inspiring future generations of female leaders.
Hunter Sharman’s win signifies her contribution to reshaping how women access opportunities, build businesses and lead within South Africa’s evolving economic landscape.
