Cape Town – Victoria Gonzalez, the Venezuelan girlfriend of South African DJ Black Coffee, has said she didn’t know who he was when they first met in 2018 at a dinner with friends, describing that moment as seeing “a man who made me laugh” rather than a global music star.
Her comments were made at his 50th birthday celebration.

Gonzalez insisted she “never looked for money, success, or fame in a relationship,” but wanted someone who loved her “exactly the way I am.”
Their relationship has been shared widely on social media, with Victoria often posting about luxury travel and lifestyle moments with him.
