Johannesburg – Bellarmine Mugabe, the son of former Zimbabwean president Robert Mugabe, and his co-accused Tobias Matondze are expected to apply for bail in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court.
The pair are accused of shooting a 23-year-old employee at the Mugabe residence in Hyde Park, Johannesburg, in February.
They face charges including attempted murder, possession of a firearm and ammunition, defeating the ends of justice, and theft.
The case was previously postponed due to a power outage at the court.
