Cape Town – Reality TV star and media personality Nonkanyiso “LaConco” Conco has unveiled the results of her recent tummy tuck procedure, sparking mixed reactions from fans on social media.
The television personality recently shared photos and videos showing off her transformation, giving followers a glimpse of her new look after undergoing cosmetic surgery earlier this year.
In the images posted online, LaConco appears wearing a fitted yellow and green maxi dress that accentuates her slimmer waistline. The post quickly gained attention, with many followers praising her appearance while others questioned the changes.
Alongside the photos, LaConco shared a playful caption suggesting that she wanted to surprise people with a different look.
“Uboke uvuke nje ngelinye ilanga uthuse igazi. Ngithe what if heavy make up and long inches. Ngicishe ngafa ke, ukushiselwa,” she wrote.
She added that the post was meant to show that she can transform her appearance whenever she chooses.
“Ngathi ngicela ningitwebule just iproof ukuthi mangithanda I can, ukuthi nje nginjena nje, akufananwa do you get?” she added.

Reactions to her transformation have been divided. While many followers complimented her appearance, others questioned the changes to her body.
