The two face charges of attempted murder, defeating the ends of justice, and possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting of a 23-year-old gardener at the Johannesburg residence of the late Zimbabwean leader Robert Mugabe in Hyde Park last month.
Defence lawyers say they are ready to proceed once the necessary documents are received.
