Cape Town – Rachel Kolisi appears to be signalling that she is moving on following her divorce from former Springbok captain Siya Kolisi.
In a TikTok video, she shared a message about outgrowing situations and valuing self-worth, set to music that emphasises respect and emotional affirmation in relationships.
“Beautiful things happen when you stop making yourself smaller to fit into places you’ve outgrown,” she wrote over the clip.

This follows earlier posts hinting at heartbreak and betrayal.
“Do you know what betrayal trauma is? It’s like being pushed out of an airplane before you’re ready. You won’t have a parachute, and as you’re falling, you look up to see your person watching you. They’re watching you fall and hit the ground, and they’re smiling,” a voie said in the clip.
“Your person didn’t stop the plane, they didn’t land it, didn’t come back to see if you were okay, or even apologise.
“Instead, they picked up a new person along the way. It wasn’t just your bones that shattered; it was your self-worth, your trust, safety, your truth, everything you thought was true, is now untrue.
“Nothing makes sense. All the happy memories turn to disappointment and sorrow. You don’t understand love anymore. You’ve met evil; they killed a part of you before you were ready to die.”
Despite the public divorce and personal challenges, Rachel maintains a civil co-parenting relationship with Siya.
The former couple has been seen supporting their children together at sporting events, including attending their son’s match and previously showing family support during Siya’s rugby milestones.
