Cape Town – North West businessman Brown Mogotsi is on Tuesday set to appear before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the justice system.
Mogotsi, who is central to claims involving corruption, political meddling and the leaking of confidential police information, had initially requested to testify virtually due to safety concerns but has since agreed to appear in person.

He has been allocated one day to testify, although some MPs, have questioned whether a single day will be sufficient given the seriousness of the allegations and the time afforded to other witnesses.
