Johannesburg – The High Court in Johannesburg, sitting at Palm Ridge in Ekurhuleni, has postponed the case of murder-accused Tiffany Meek to next month to allow the state to submit further details and review disclosure evidence.
Meek faces five charges — including murder, child abuse, neglect and defeating the ends of justice — relating to the death of her 11-year-old son, Jayden-Lee Meek, in May 2024.
She has denied the allegations.
The brief court appearance lasted under 15 minutes, with a packed gallery of community members showing support for the slain child.
Meek, who appeared tired and distressed, remains in custody after being denied bail in July 2025.
