Cape Town – South African content creator Nadia Jaftha has revealed that she is engaged — and many of her fans didn’t see it coming. According to her post on Instagram, she has accepted a proposal from Reece Meyer.
Nadia responded with the caption: “Saying YES to my favourite chapter yet.” The video captures the moment she turns from admiring the view — only to see her now‑fiancé on one knee.

The news came as a surprise to many because Jaftha had kept her relationship very private. The mystery man turned out to be Reece Meyer, co‑founder of a company that helps creators and brands build business — and a business partner of Jaftha’s at their joint venture, the Smile Bar.
This engagement marks a new chapter for the 33‑year-old, who, in early 2024, ended a public relationship with reality‑TV personality Xavier Haupt. Back then, she told fans that their break‑up was mutual and that they had decided it was best to “embark on our individual journeys”, reported IOL.
