Polokwane – The Polokwane Magistrate’s Court has postponed the bail hearing for 30-year-old musician Lehlohonolo Chauke, known as Shebeshxt, to 25 November 2025.
Mashudu Malabi-Dzhagi, spokesperson for the NPA in Limpopo, told Polokwane Observer that while the state was prepared to move forward with Shebeshxt’s bail application, the defence was not yet ready.
“They told the court that there are some other issues they need to revisit on their side. He’s no longer facing a schedule 5, but a schedule 6 offence, because we have found that he has other matters from Lebowakgomo.”
