Cape Town – The fraud case against SAFA President Danny Jordaan and three co-accused — CFO Groni Hluyo, former acting CEO Russel Paul, and Grit Communications owner Trevor Neethling — has been delayed.
Neethling requested the prosecutor be recused, citing access to privileged information that could affect his case.
The matter is now set for December 9, with the prosecution aiming to schedule a trial when the accused reappear on February 11, 2026.
