Cape Town – TotalEnergies, the official sponsor of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), has announced the launch of Phase 3 of final ticket sales, which will open on Saturday, 15 November.

According to Barlaman Today, the sale was originally scheduled for 25 November, with all tickets available on the official website. However, it had been postponed several times.
The first phase, initially set for 25 September, was delayed due to technical issues on the Yalla app that prevented fans from completing purchases.

CAF later announced a new launch date of 13 October at 9 a.m., but further connectivity problems caused additional delays, and sales only opened the following afternoon.
Following strong demand during the first phase, CAF and the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) released another batch of tickets on 25 October, the report said.

On 15 October, AFCON 2025 Central reported that the Yalla app had received 211,078 applications. By 2 p.m., 170,350 FAN IDs had been issued, including 43,865 allocated to foreign nationals from 124 countries.

“The Organizing Committee reminds that each FAN ID entitles its holder to one ticket per match, and it is mandatory to obtain a FAN ID via the Yalla app to purchase match tickets.
