Pretoria – Zimbabwean opposition leader Job Sikhala will remain in custody in South Africa after his case was postponed to Wednesday for a formal bail hearing.
Sikhala, a former Citizens Coalition for Change MP, appeared in the Pretoria Magistrates Court on Monday on charges of possessing explosives.

He was arrested last week after the explosives were allegedly found in his vehicle.

The National Prosecuting Authority said investigations are ongoing and that the State has not yet decided whether to oppose bail, noting that there is prima facie evidence against him.
