According to IOL, Rachel’s trip to France coincides with a historic weekend for Siya Kolisi, who is set to become only the ninth Springbok player to reach 100 Test caps. The Springboks will face France at the Stade de France — the same venue where they lifted the Rugby World Cup trophy in 2023.
While the couple announced their separation in 2024, Rachel’s decision to travel with their children has been seen as a gesture of unity and respect for Siya’s achievements. “This moment isn’t just about rugby; it’s about family and legacy,” one fan commented under her post.
As stated by The South African, Siya’s 100th match will mark a significant milestone in South African rugby history, with supporters across the world expected to tune in for the emotional game on Saturday in Paris.
