The inquiry follows claims made in July by KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, who implicated suspended Police Minister Senzo Mchunu and suspended Deputy National Commissioner Lt-Gen Shadrack Sibiya.
