Pretoria – National police commissioner General Fannie Masemola will testify before the Madlanga commission of inquiry on Monday, following KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s three-day testimony that ended on Friday.
The commission is investigating allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption in the criminal justice system.
Spokesperson Jeremy Michaels said the hearing will be livestreamed on multiple platforms, and members of the public attending in person at the Brigitte Mabandla Justice College in Pretoria must bring valid ID or a driver’s licence, with weapons prohibited.
