Cape Town – Tributes have poured in following a devasting crash in Brackenfell, Western Cape, that claimed the lives of four high school students over the past weekend.
According to The South African, the medical response team from Titanium Securitas — one of the first emergency services to arrive at the scene—reported that the vehicle had collided with a tree and caught fire, claiming the lives of four individuals.
“Two other patients were also found on scene with serious injuries and were treated and stabilized on scene before being transported to nearby hospitals,” said a spokesperson for the company.

The victims in the accident have been identified as Adrian Le Roux (15), Kiara-Joy Daniels (16), Perth Eksteen (17), and Daniel Jansen van Rensburg.
Fairmont High School, where Perth and Daniel were enrolled, paid tribute to the two learners on their official Facebook page, sharing heartfelt memories and reflections on their personalities.
Monument Park High School also expressed their condolences on their official page, paying tribute to Adrian and sharing fond memories of his time at the school.
Kiara-Joy’s former school, Sarepta Secondary School, also paid tribute to her on their Facebook page sharing messages of remembrance and posting the memorial service.
