Cape Town – South Africa has reaffirmed its strong support for a two-state solution in the Israel-Palestine conflict, with International Relations Minister Ronald Lamola condemning Israel’s actions in Gaza as “genocide” during a UN conference.
Lamola called for urgent recognition of Palestinian statehood, respect for international law, and an end to Israeli settlement expansion and forced displacement.
