Cape Town – KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Lieutenant-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi made a public appearance on Nelson Mandela’s birthday on Friday, participating in Mandela Day activities at the Isipingo police vehicle pound.
Alongside public works director-general Sifiso Mdakane, Mkhwanazi helped paint walls and clean the facility, which was badly damaged during the 2022 floods.
