Cape Town – The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in KwaZulu-Natal has confirmed that most members injured in a tragic bus crash on the R34 between Ulundi and Vryheid have been discharged from hospital.
Ten people were killed and 32 injured — 12 seriously — after a truck allegedly sideswiped the bus around midnight on Monday, tearing it open.

The bus was transporting supporters from a Youth Day rally in Durban when it was allegedly struck by a truck, resulting in ten fatalities.

According to SABC News, EFF Provincial Secretary Vukani Ndlovu said only four people, including the driver, remain in hospital but are in good spirits and expected to be discharged soon.
